Signing in without a password? Yes please. It is faster now: you get an email code straight to your inbox, and your phone remembers the rest. Want two-factor authentication too? Just turn it on, it links up with the Passwords app on your phone, which stores the code and suggests it when you sign in. Prefer another authentication app? That works too. And if you trust your device, you will not need to confirm again for the next thirty days. Plus a few smaller improvements behind the scenes.
