KUBER+ is the day book for US gas stations and convenience stores. Your cashier or manager keys the day on a sheet laid out like your own paper closing sheet. KUBER+ works out the over/short, reconciles the safe, and gives you one dashboard for every store.
YOUR SHEET, ON YOUR PHONE OR IPAD
• Pick the sheet that fits: an end-of-day sheet once a day, or a shift report for each shift in Z-report order
• Rename, reorder, add or switch off lines so it matches your paper
• A keypad with a running total, and earlier days' figures offered as hints
EVERY DOLLAR ACCOUNTED FOR
• Fuel by grade (gallons, price and dollars) or as one amount, and lottery lines
• Pay-outs with vendor, category, cash or credit, and a receipt photo from the amount you set (a manager can waive it with a reason)
• Pay-ins, safe drops and smart-safe deposits
• Drawer count by bills, coins, rolls and straps, or total only
• Over/short on every shift, and "How it adds up" shows the math with your own numbers
• A checklist before a shift is submitted catches missing receipts, unexplained losses and big shorts
• Close the safe and the day. Closed days lock after the number of days you choose, and reopening needs a reason
• A change history for every shift: who changed what, and when
FOR THE OWNER
• One dashboard across all your stores: gross sales, fuel and inside sales, cash, over/short, and sales by day
• A calendar of each store's days
• Reports: a daily summary PDF laid out like your sheet (preview, print or share), sales breakdown, tenders and losses, over/short by employee, pay-outs by vendor, pay-ins and the safe log, with export to Excel
• Alerts in the app and by e-mail when a day is not closed, a shift is short beyond your limit, or the safe is off, plus a morning e-mail to owners with yesterday's totals for every store
YOUR TEAM
• Add employees by name to track each cashier's over/short, and invite the managers, cashiers and accountant who need their own sign-in. Each sees only the stores and screens their role allows
• Keeps working when the signal drops: once a shift is open, entries are saved on the phone and sent when you are back online. Starting a shift, adding photos, submitting and closing need a connection
• Face ID or Touch ID unlock
Start with a free 30-day trial, no card needed. After the trial, KUBER+ is a subscription priced per store. If the trial ends or you cancel, your business becomes read-only: every day, dashboard and report stays open to view and export.

Users per store
• Every store now has a Users list: name, e-mail, phone and role in one place, with invitations tied to the person they are for.
• Invite someone to sign in straight from their row, or change their role there.
Shifts
• Rename a shift, or remove an empty one, from Today.
• Fuel by grade shows whole gallons with room to read them.
Reports
• Every report opens with the same store and period bar as Home, and keeps your choice as you move between reports.
• A one-shift daily summary now reads "Amount".
Dates and entry
• One date style everywhere: mm/dd/yyyy.
• A refused Save is explained right above the button, and the photo rule for large pay-outs is stated before you submit.
• The layout editor asks before you leave an unsaved change.
Sign-in and security
• Remember me starts off, and your address is kept only when you ask.
• Unsent changes are named at Sign out and on Submit, so nothing is lost quietly.
• Biometric unlock belongs to one signed-in user, and a session that expires clears cached figures.
• Many smaller fixes to wording, so every refusal tells you what to do next.
