Search is simpler, and you can now ask every mover, cleaner or laundry near you at once or make a request when you can't find a house. Movers can pick the counties they serve, new service providers see their free first month on the plan screen, chats show which house or service you are talking about, and photos open full screen. Plus bug fixes and speed improvements.

A new and improved UI/UX. Search is easier with Properties and Services and their types, you can request a house or ask every mover and cleaner near you at once, providers can reply to everyone in one tap, chats now show which house or service you are talking about, and photos open full screen, plus bug fixes and speed improvements.

Chat is now the fastest way to settle on a house. Calls in the conversation. Every call you make, miss or decline leaves a line in the chat, so a missed call is not something you only find if you go looking. Tap it to ring back. A proper + menu. Camera, documents, location, polls, events, a house request and a Crib Tour, all from inside a conversation. Type / for the same list. Polls on real houses. Put listings into a poll with their photos and prices, share the link to the family on WhatsApp so they can vote without the app, and see exactly who voted for what before you answer the agent. Reply and forward. Swipe a message to reply to it. Forward a poll and every copy shows one combined tally, so the last person sees how the whole family voted. Crib Tours from the chat. Pick the house, pick a time, and the booking sits in the thread with its live status and reminders for both sides. Houses that are gone now say so. A lister can mark a house Taken, or Sold when it was for sale. Those listings stop taking calls and tour bookings, so you never pay for a call or travel for a place that went in March. You can also report any listing that is no longer available. For listers and agents See demand in every area, not only the ones you cover, with your own areas first and a Notify me button for the rest. Mark your own houses Taken or Sold from My Properties. For house hunters Choose how far you are willing to travel when you make a request, and reply to any agent who contacts you about it. Faster and steadier. The app starts quicker, holds far less in memory and no longer freezes on phones with less RAM. Also fixed: the first sign-in that sometimes failed, and Crib Tour pages that loaded forever.

Everything is about eight times faster. House hunters now get easier access and UI. You choose how far you are willing to travel, you can reply to any agent who reaches out, and matches are far stricter, so no more mismatches when you asked for a home or houses outside your budget. Agents can now see requests from everywhere, not just their own areas. Signing in is now also very robust and no longer fails.

• Faster, more reliable address search when adding a property. • Agents can set a viewing fee for each property, on top of their usual fee. • Tell us where you have houses when you sign up, and get notified the moment someone is looking there. • Close a property request once you have found a house. Requests nobody responded to are refunded in full. • A cleaner home feed: larger prices, one-line descriptions, and clear Book Tour pricing. • Text now follows your phone's font size without breaking the layout. • Security and stability improvements.

Stop scrolling for a house that is not there. Tell us what you want and let the people who have it come to you. TELL US WHAT YOU ARE LOOKING FOR Post the size, the house type, your budget and the area. Listers with something that fits respond with the actual listing, so the houses come to you instead of you hunting for them. FOR AGENTS AND LANDLORDS See the demand in your areas at a glance, grouped by area and size, and answer everyone waiting for the same thing with one listing. Filter by area and by size to find the requests your houses actually answer, or reply by call or in-app chat. CRIB TOURS WITH THE FEE AGREED FIRST Book a viewing and settle the fee before anyone travels. The lister names a price, you accept it or say the most you will pay, and nobody is surprised at the gate. Your money is held safely and released to the lister only after the tour. A CLEANER FEED More of the house and less clutter on every card, with the price and the viewing fee easy to read at a glance. Homes near you can now show first, whether you share your location or just tell us the area you are hunting in. ALSO IN THIS VERSION Faster property posting from anywhere in the app, with drafts you can pick up where you left them. Call and chat with listers inside the app. Large text sizes are properly supported throughout. Advertise with us: local businesses can now run video ads in the feed from a self serve dashboard. Plenty of smaller fixes to speed and stability.

Ask for the house you want Can't find it in the feed? Post a property request — the size, the area, your budget — and listers with matching places respond directly. Every match lands in one place, and you see new ones before they hit the public feed. For landlords and agents See what people are asking for in the areas you list in, and how many are asking. One listing can answer every matching request at once, and you'll know the moment someone starts looking for what you have. A cleaner home screen The feed belongs to the property now. Fewer things floating over the video, with Crib Tours, requests and support moved into the menu where you go looking for them. One button to reach the lister Call, chat or book a Crib Tour from the same place, instead of hunting for the right icon. Clearer viewing fees The fee is now shown on the Book Crib Tour button itself, so you know the cost before you tap. Listers can set a different fee for a single listing. Faster, steadier, and a round of fixes under the hood.

This update is packed with new ways to find your next home: CRIB TOURS Book a viewing right from any property. You only pay after the lister confirms. If it falls through, you get your viewing fee back. PROPERTY REQUESTS Tell us what you need, the area and your budget, and every agent around gets notified. Matching homes land straight in your app. FOR AGENTS AND LISTERS See what people are looking for in your areas and respond with your listings. Requests with no takers are a missed deal, so check in daily. MORE IN THIS UPDATE - Pay with any M-Pesa number, yours or someone else's - Edit a request or retry payment any time from My Requests - Quick shortcuts on the home feed to your tours and requests - Advertise your business between properties, right from the app - Smoother, more comfortable video sound levels - Faster performance and stability fixes throughout
