Ally was developed together with psychologists and experts in psychology and mental wellbeing.
Ally listens, learns about you, and adapts to your needs. Through thoughtful questions, it helps you discover new perspectives. Your reflections are structured into journal summaries so you can recognize recurring emotional patterns.
Based on your entries, Ally suggests exercises, prompts, and reflection questions tailored to you.

Ally requires a subscription. You can explore Ally for free with our free trial. Cancel the trial at least 24 hours to avoid getting charged.

HOW ALLY USES AI
To generate responses, Ally transmits your messages to our AI service providers OpenAI (text and speech processing) and ElevenLabs (speech processing). None of these providers use your data to train their models. All processing is temporary and solely for operating Ally. Your data is protected by equivalent privacy and security standards under dedicated Data Processing Agreements. You can review or withdraw this consent at any time in Settings → Privacy → AI Data Sharing.

Been using Ally for a few weeks now and I truly live it. I mostly use it when I have a lot on my mind and just want to sort through my thoughts a bit. The conversations actually feel pretty natural and usually after using it I feel much more clear about things! Didn’t expect to use it this often tbh.

I got this app the same day as I got one called Aurie. I thought they were gonna have very similar features and although I do like the potential of this app. A copy and paste feature would be amazing. Aurie has that where you can paste a summary of your conversations from other apps that you use for talking through things. That would make it a lot easier.
