Lift Notes provides a simple way to track your reps and sets during a workout. You'll be able to create your own list of exercises and tag them for an easy search. Once you've finished a workout you can turn it into a template so that you can easily load it up for another day! You can also view previous workouts by tapping on the calendar icon.
