I love this app. It motivates me to stay on task and provides all the information I need for my personal fitness and wellness program. A tremendous unique feature is that it makes exceptional use of AI technology. It provides an individualized fitness program based on my needs and current fitness level. It allows me to log and track exercise/activity sessions, including cardio and strength training. It further provides feedback to enhance my workouts and incentivizes me to reach for a higher level of fitness and state of well-being. I can also always look back to see how far I have advanced in my fitness program.The nutrition information is exceptional. The meal planning feature and suggestions are up to date with the latest guidelines. The caloric estimates of my food intake, even based on a simple photograph, is absolutely incredible. The daily protein recommendation to maintain or increase lean body mass based on my exercise plan is needed for most people who do not understand the importance of muscle tissue to sustain metabolic rate.

This app is great for quickly logging my workouts each day, and I can include details I want to remember later. I can easily look back and see what I’ve done on the exercise log calendar. I like that there is a Custom category for workouts that aren’t on the list. Also the option to edit or delete a workout is helpful when I make a mistake. In the food log, as mentioned in other reviews, I love that you can take a picture of your food to estimate the nutrition. It makes counting calories (and other nutrients) so much easier. I appreciate the protein goal on the main page. I want to get adequate protein throughout the day, and I can quickly see where I’m at.

Love the AI meal planning feature. So nice to give me ideas when I am bored eating the same healthy food. Very cool that it customizes based on what foods I like.It’s still useful even if I forget to log food for a few days. Also nice that I can just use the exercise feature and ignore the food tracking if I want—which is how I started.Definitely use it regularly to get the value since the AI can only do analysis based on the workouts you’ve told it about. Calorie tracking from a picture of food is easy and great. It even works if you take a picture of the packaging. And I like that you can still edit the info after it estimates.I like variety in my exercise. It’s great that this app can understand whether I go for a run, lift weights, or do yoga. At the end of the year I always wonder how many miles I’ve run or if I’ve gotten stronger in certain lifts. I love that it can answer all those questions.
