Sleep Train: Self Hypnosis

Subliminal Affirmation Maker

Free · In‑App Purchases

Sleep Train plays your words back to you while you sleep. Write the scripts yourself — affirmations, intentions, or anything you want to hear repeated — and let the app do the rest. There's no pre-made content to browse, no audio packs to buy, and no subscription. Everything you hear comes from what you write. YOUR VOICE, YOUR WORDS Sleep Train uses Kokoro, an advanced on-device speech engine, to render your scripts in natural, expressive audio. Your words are never sent to a third-party service — all voice processing happens locally on your device. Choose from over 25 voices and fine-tune pitch, rate, and tone to get exactly the sound you want. COMPLETE PRIVACY Your scripts never leave your device. There are no accounts, no cloud sync, and no analytics. Nobody can see what you're working on — not us, not anyone. RUNS WHILE YOU SLEEP Sleep Train integrates with iOS Shortcuts and Automations so your sessions can start automatically at any time — even after your phone's screen has turned off. PRO AUDIO Unlock background audio, independent volume control, and advanced timbre settings for a one-time purchase of $4.99. No subscription, ever.
