Wanderinga 7 is a whole new app. New design, new navigation, new ways to see everywhere you've been. YOUR WORLD ON A 3D GLOBE Every trip draws its route on a living globe, your last one glowing in orange. Pinch to zoom, tap a country, replay your travels. YOUR YEAR IN FLAGS Each day shows the flag of where you were. Open it full size, tap a day and find the country, the trip and the activities. ITINERARIES THAT TELL THE TRUTH Add stops and connections in a few taps. Layovers never count as visited countries, night flights land on the right day, and every leg shows its km and CO₂. Countries you only flew through now get their own color. A NEW JOURNAL AND A FEED Your trip under way as a polaroid, then every trip, activity and new stamp, year by year. COUNTRY PAGES, REBUILT A full-bleed map, your regions, your places, your wishes and every trip there. POLAROID PHOTOS Your trip photos taped to the page. Tap one to see it full screen. AND MORE Activities redesigned, smoother everywhere, made for iPad and iPhone Duo. Same promise as always: no ads, no background tracking.

This update brings bug fixes and performance improvements throughout the app, so your passport, your trips and your recordings run more smoothly. Off somewhere soon? Your map is ready when you are.

This update makes Wanderinga faster and more reliable. We fixed a handful of bugs, smoothed out rough edges across the app, and tightened up the things you use every day: your passport, your trips and your recordings. Heading somewhere soon? Your map is ready when you are.

A small update, mostly under the hood. RATE WANDERINGA There's now a direct way to say what you think: Profile → Legal & Help → Rate Wanderinga takes you straight to the App Store. If Wanderinga has earned its place on your phone, a few words there help other travellers find it. EVERYWHERE ELSE A simpler Google sign-in, the build number now shown next to the version at the bottom of your profile — handy if you ever need to write to us — and the usual round of small fixes.

A quieter release than the last one: a round of polish, a few fixes, and one sign-in option less. SIGNING IN Facebook sign-in has been removed for now. If you sign in with Apple, Google or an email address, nothing changes — your trips, your passport and your activities are exactly where you left them. EVERYWHERE ELSE The less visible kind of work: screens that settle faster, lists that scroll cleaner, and a handful of fixes for things that weren't behaving the way they should have.

Wanderinga now records your trips itself — and keeps working when your phone doesn't. RECORD WITHOUT LEAVING THE APP Start a recording before you set off and let it run. Wanderinga follows your route, notices when you've stopped moving, and keeps the trace clean without you having to think about it. Pausing now asks what kind of pause it is. Stuck in traffic or waiting at a light? Stay on the same leg. Arrived somewhere worth remembering? Start a new one. Your track ends up matching your journey instead of your interruptions. WORKS IN AIRPLANE MODE Offline is now something you choose, not something the app guesses at. Tap "Continue offline" on the welcome screen and Wanderinga opens straight into a stripped-down version built around recording: your trips, your passport and your activities, served from what's already on your phone. Recordings and edits made offline are kept safely on the device and sent the moment you're back on a network. Nothing to remember, nothing to press. EDIT YOUR LEGS Split happens automatically every time you pause, and now you can fix it afterwards. Delete a leg you don't want, or merge legs that shouldn't have been separated — the GPX file itself is rewritten, not just what you see on screen. Both are free. Then do what Wanderinga is actually for: name the activity, name each leg, set how you travelled, and let the countries you crossed be detected for you. ALSO IN THIS RELEASE - Open a GPX shared from another app straight into Wanderinga - A new passport stamp for the number of trips you've logged - The passport map now rotates to landscape in full screen - Fixes for a crash on the profile screen, trips disappearing while scrolling, and several offline screens that showed stale or empty data
