Has way too many bugs, not ready for prime time. Data not easy to track trends, presentation is awkward not on a par with other fitness apps. AI interface needs LOTS more training, some answers are nonsensical. App drops who you are and you need to create a new account every few days. No way to edit your stats - for example weight gain or loss. Good idea but so far needs way too much work to be useful. Used my cheap Fitbit as a comparison, wore both at the same time, got somewhat different results. Not sure which is more accurate, but a reminder that wearable fitness trackers are not all that accurate anyway.

Easy app to use & it downloaded very quickly. The app icon is pleasant & doesn’t seem intrusive on my phone’s screen. The app walked me through each page to set up & connect to my DNA results with CRI genetics. You cannot have cookies blocked during set up or the ring , via the app, cannot connect to your account with the company. I think it’s so easy to obtain results (instantly ) because when you click the app icon on your phone, the first thing you see are all the current results updating. If you want to look at the history of each result, all you do is touch which result. So, if you want calorie history, you touch calories. Same if you want the temp history for fertility, thyroid or fever , just touch temp result. Same for heart rate , etc. So easy & I like it gives history in both number results & graph. Couldn’t be easier to understand your results that way. I bought the silver ring and I’m very happy with it & that I did select that color. The ring is a little bigger than I expected ( not dainty) but I was use to wearing it within a day. It is high quality and very durable. It’s water proof & you don’t have to remove for all the hand washes & showers. It came with 2 power cord options. One is a protective case & the ring is magnetically attracted to go into the case. The other cord magnetically attaches to the inside of the ring. You’ll know where it attaches to because of the very strong magnetic pull . There was a small ,red tabbed, plastic cover over the charging point ,on the inside of the ring, when I first opened the box. Which I removed of course. **The charging cords are USB on the power charging end.**So you cannot plug the cords into an outlet unless you buy the required attachment for that. I’m not an expert at reviews or about all the features of the app & ring but those all the details that I would have wanted to know. I hope it helps answer future questions😊

I try to refresh this app 3 different times now after uninstalling and reinstalling, it works when I connect the ring an everything but if I refresh it for updates like on sleep it never reopens and I lose all my data from the day. I paid a lot of money for these features and ring to not receive my data the main component of it. If I can’t use the app I can’t use the ring that’s not right. I also feel like the data isn’t correct either because I won’t be walking that much and it’ll say I took 1600 steps going from couch to bathroom, you have to keep the app open and not close it out otherwise you can’t get back in and when I kept it open and slept my sleep data wasn’t there so I tried to refresh and again couldn’t get in. This needs to be fixed asap

App worked fine for a week, now it doesn’t open or load any info. Just sits on the open screen. No info in the App Store, no way to get access to the info that was in the app. Wish it did more of what it said it would when I bought it.
