I love this app. The lay out of this app is so well thought out that it makes it so user friendly. Which adds to the overall experience. Because there's nothing like trying a workout app and you can't figure it out 🤦🏻♀️ Now, let's talk about the workouts! There are soooooo many to choose from. You can do quick 15 minute workouts specific to upper body, abs, lower body, etc. or you can choose different programs that plan your workouts for the whole month. How cool is that!! I would highly recommend this app to everyone!!!!

Love this app, I’ve been using this consistently for the past few months. I first worked out with Kelsey on Bodi, and immediately jumped on the chance to download her app. I wish there was more options in the app for personalizing workouts such selecting multiple programs at once. Given that some of the programs are designed for 3 days a week, it would be nice to be able to select more than one active program at a time to be able to alternate days with different programs. There is also no option for updating the calendar with any missed workouts. For example, if I do a workout on Monday, but miss Tuesday, the calendar does not update to accommodate the missed workout. There also seems no way of deactivating an active program, only restarting it. Having that increased functionality would be great. However, the workouts themselves are fantastic and I am loving the app! Can’t wait to see how this app evolves over time!

I’ve really been enjoying this app to keep me on track with my fitness and establishing a routine. I’ve shifted from group classes to needing more structured/ no fluff workout routine and this does just what I need. I love that there is so much variety with new daily drops to keep it fresh for when the novelty wears off (hello adhd) but also that there are programs to fall back on to stay consistent when you just need to get it done. I would like to see some better flexible functionality for scheduling workouts. I like to schedule ahead but if I need to change it, I can’t do that without deleting any other workouts I might have already completed that day which then deleted my progress/stats. Please develop a way to edit/reschedule individual workouts from the program calendars and individual workout calendars - thanks!!

If you love HittBurn you are going to love this app! It's easy to use, and all the programs you know and love are there built in but Workout Buddies has daily drops of new workouts made to fit in with busy schedules. 10-15 min workouts that are focused on abs, upper body, lower body, full body you name it! I have loved using this app and refocusing my goals and intentions! Highly recommend the follow along videos are easy to follow, and you can stop, start, pause as you need to!
