Maps button: New Maps button next to the notification icon on the home screen and in the supervisor Site Report. Tap to open a map showing your location and check-in site(s).
Attendance map: Map shows your current location and check-in point(s). For supervisors, all organization sites are shown (green = current check-in site, red = other sites). For employees, only your check-in site is shown.
Check-in site always on map: Your check-in site stays on the map even when you’re outside its radius, so you can see where you need to go.
Map markers: Site markers show only the site name. Custom icon for check-in site; green marker when you’re at the check-in point (supervisor flow).
Map gestures: Pan and zoom on the map work correctly (fixed gesture handling).
Supervisor layout: Fixed overflow on the Site Check-in page when “On Plan” / “Off Plan” text is long (text now truncates with “...” instead of overflowing).
Stability: Small fixes and stability improvements across the app.
1.2.45 Mar 15
More accurate location for check‑in: Tuned GPS handling to reduce wrong distances and make attendance/site check‑in more reliable.
Update dialog polishing: Improved the update reminder so it matches the latest store version and behaves more consistently.
Attendance screen tweaks: Small UI/UX improvements to make daily check‑in and check‑out clearer and faster.
General fixes & stability: Minor bug fixes and performance optimizations for a smoother overall experience.
1.2.44 Mar 14
Location & Check‑in
When you open Attendance or Site Check‑in and Location is off, the app now clearly prompts you to turn it on before continuing.
Location (lat/lng) is fetched automatically with multiple attempts when you first open the app or enter these screens, so you usually get a valid position without needing to pull‑to‑refresh several times.
GPS accuracy is logged for debugging, and the API now uses this location consistently for site distance checks.
In‑App Update
The app reliably detects new versions on both the App Store and Google Play using the correct app IDs.
The update popup is shown without the English line “Would you like to update it now”, and release notes are hidden in the dialog for a cleaner UX (while still available in the store listing).
1.2.43 Mar 13
Location / GPS
You’re now prompted to turn on Location when you open Attendance or Site Check-in if it’s off.
Location (lat/lng) is fetched automatically with up to 3 attempts when you open the app or enter these screens for the first time, so you usually get your position without having to pull-to-refresh 2–3 times.
1.2.42 Mar 11
Location & Check-in Area
GPS is more reliable: the app waits for location before checking the work area, so you’re less likely to see “Not in work area” when you’re on site.
Better accuracy: the app uses the best available GPS accuracy and can take up to three position samples, then uses the most accurate one (often around 5m or better in good conditions).
8m tolerance for the work area: if you’re within the site radius plus 8 meters, check-in is allowed. This allows for normal GPS error (about 5–10m) so you can check in when you’re already at the site.
Applies to both Attendance (main check-in) and Supervisor site check-in screens.
Bug Fixes
Fixed “Not in work area” when actually on site: the app now waits for location to be ready before running the area check (Attendance and Supervisor site check-in).
Supervisor site check-in: only runs the area check when location is valid; uses distance vs radius as a fallback when the API sends both.
1.2.40 Mar 7
Supervisor Site History: Sites in your route plan always appear in History (whether scanned or not), and History now shows only in‑plan sites for each day.
Supervisor Site Detail: Out‑of‑plan sites are shown only when they have been checked in, keeping the list focused and easier to review.
Stability Improvements: Removed duplicate reloads after checkout and prevented overlapping site‑map requests so site lists load more reliably.
1.2.39 Feb 28
Supervisor Site History
Sites in your route plan now always appear in History — whether you have scanned (checked in) or not — so you can see the full plan for each day.
History shows only sites in the route plan; sites outside the plan are no longer listed on the History screen.
When you open a day from History, only plan sites are shown (in-plan sites, scanned or not).
Supervisor Site Detail
On the Site Detail page, sites outside the plan are shown only if they have been checked in — the full list of unplanned sites is no longer shown.
Bug Fixes
Fixed duplicate load after checkout; data is refreshed from the checkout API without an extra full reload.
Prevented overlapping site-map loads so the full list loads reliably and is not overwritten by a second request.
1.2.38 Feb 27
In-app update
The app now checks for a new version from the store when you open it.
If a new version is available, a popup asks you to update (for both regular and supervisor users).
The popup includes a button that opens the app’s page in the App Store or Play Store.
Location permission
Location permission is requested the first time you open the app after logging in.
You no longer need to close and reopen the app for the location prompt to appear (on both Android and iOS).
Other improvements
iOS: Store update links work correctly (App Store scheme added).
Permissions (location, notifications, camera, etc.) are requested correctly on first launch.
1.2.37 Feb 26
More reliable data loading
Fixed parsing for both data as list and single object (check‑in + history APIs).
Made all enum/date parsing null‑safe so unexpected values no longer crash the app.
Accurate Totalsite
History list now uses totalSiteCheckInCount for Totalsite (number of sites actually checked‑in).
Detail page shows the same sites (and count) as Totalsite, with filtering for “checked‑in only” when opened from History.
After check‑in on Android, Site History is refreshed automatically so Totalsite updates immediately.
Correct site names from API
Site names/codes now always come from the API strings (e.g. “Unilever Office”, “Sumsung LAO”) instead of limited enums, so no more random Unknown Site for valid sites.
This applies to Site Check‑in, History, and Detail pages.
Correct working time (Total) display
totalHuman is now read as the exact string from the API (e.g. 02:06, 07:05) for both check‑in and history flows.
Site Detail timeline shows the same Total as Site Check‑in, instead of always 00:00.
UX & performance tweaks
Navigating from History to Detail no longer blocks on location/API; data refresh runs in the background.
Minor clean‑ups to avoid parse errors and make back navigation smoother in real devices.
1.2.36 Feb 25
Supervisor Site Maps (Site Check-in)
Full list of sites (in-route and off-route) now loads reliably — no more sometimes 4 items, sometimes all.
Pull-to-refresh and tab switching always request full data so the list stays consistent.
"Total time" now shows the actual time (e.g. "04:15 minus") instead of raw text.
If GPS is unavailable, the app shows a clear message instead of calling the API with null coordinates.
Attendance & History
Pull-to-refresh now fetches fresh data from the server on both the Attendance and History screens instead of using cached data.
Bug Fixes
Fixed API parsing when the server returns a single day object so supervisor site maps no longer show "Failed to load site maps data."
Removed the redundant check-site-detail API call during scan in/out on the supervisor site check-in screen.
Other stability improvements.
1.2.35 Feb 24
Site Request
Add a searchable dropdown for selecting sites (search by name, village, sub-district, province, or code).
Support Android so the keyboard doesn't overlap the search field.
1.2.34 Feb 18
The Supervisor site check-in process now successfully uploads the captured photo (face image) to the server.
1.2.33 Feb 16
Here is a summary of the latest improvements and refinements made to the HRM app:
Supervisor Site Maps Enhancements
Zero Loading Delay: Optimized tab switching between "Site Check-in" and "History". The pages now preserve their state, eliminating redundant loading screens and making the experience feel instantaneous.
Perfectly Centered Empty States: Refactored the "Site Check-in" layout so that the "No Data" and "No Results" views are always perfectly centered on the screen, regardless of search bar visibility.
Native Experience: Replaced generic inline error messages with platform-specific dialogs (Cupertino-style for iOS and Material-style for Android) for a more premium feel.
Approval Flow Optimizations
Clean API Queries: Verified and ensured that leave approval requests are sent with optimized query parameters, removing any unnecessary status filters to prevent backend conflicts.
Smart Redirection: After updating a site request, the app now automatically returns you to the History tab for better workflow continuity.
UI/UX & Performance
Asian Time Format Support: Optimized time displays across detail pages to follow local formatting standards.
Notification Speed: Investigated and prioritized performance improvements for the notification center to reduce access delay.
