WHAT TO EXPECT (PLEASE READ)
• Timeline: made to order. Production takes 7–10 business days. Then shipping: US standard 5–12 business days, international standard 10–25, express 3–7 business days (+$29.99). Free standard shipping on orders over $99.
• Preview vs final: our figures are full-color 3D printed — color is embedded into the material during printing, not hand-painted, so the finish can look different from traditional hand-painted figures. Screen colors and lighting may also differ slightly from the printed piece.
• Sizing: standard sizes run from 4cm to 10cm at checkout. Need something bigger or a non-standard size? Custom sizes are available on request: contact support@jujubit.ai for a quote before you order.
• How size is measured: size is based on the longest dimension of the whole model, including any weapon, wing, or base, not the character alone. A raised weapon or wide wingspan can make the character shorter or narrower than the size you picked. If precise sizing matters, for example, matching an existing DnD squad, add a note at checkout, or contact support@jujubit.ai before you order.
• Fragile items: rare transit damage can happen. Email support@jujubit.ai with your order number and photos: we usually offer a reprint or refund for the affected piece. Reply within 24–48 hours.
• Delivery tracking: tracking updates can slow down once your order leaves for international transit. If it stalls or the estimated window passes, email support@jujubit.ai with your order number and we'll follow up with the carrier.
• Custom orders: you can cancel before production starts. Once production starts, cancellations/refunds are limited because the piece is made for you.
• Fair use: limits may apply to free AI generations so we can keep quality high for everyone.

Previously my review was based on my item not being delivered on time but it just now arrived and it’s quite phenomenal! It looks exactly like the 3d model generated from my 2D illustration. Thanks and apologies for my lack of patience.

They start out well, but service took a nosedive fast

Warning: both myself and my friends have had issues with “Jujubit dot AI” where I got some custom minis. I do NOT recommend getting a mini from them. It might possibly arrive on time. It might actually look right. Or they may forget to make your mini, and it may arrive late. It also might show up done incorrectly, at which point they will no longer field your concerns or help find a solution. I had to get PayPal to step in for a refund because they doubled down on “we’re always right”UPDATE in response to developers comments: They eventually responded and told me I was wrong. I also already had an arm break on one of the minis. I take very good care of them and these appear to be very brittle and fragile. I reached out and the agent started to respond only to cut off communication when I asked for a clear resolution to the broken mini. Reaching out to support will not be beneficial as I have already done so and it has gotten me nowhere.UPDATE (after second developer comment): I did reach out about the broken mini. They acted like they were going to replace it and then decided not to, but for $8 per mini they said I can buy the OBJ files. That seems awfully steep until the alternative is to pay $30 per mini for them to print another and have them break again. Bad communication, false promises, and platitudes that are for saving face only. If I could give 0 stars I would.

A broken arm on a piece you cared for shouldn't happen, and being told to buy the OBJ file instead of getting help isn't the outcome we want for you. Please email support@jujubit.ai with your order details and photos of the break, and we will personally review this and follow up with a real resolution, not a scripted response. We know trust has to be earned back here, and we would like the chance to do that.

I ordered a small statue from them on 6/18 and as of 7/11 it still has not shown up. I understand that making custom things can take time but nearly a month of waiting with no progress update for something that is 3D printed is ridiculous. After contacting customer service they tried to tell me that my order numbers are invalid and then after sending a screenshot of my order they said “thanks we’ll look into this.” And then they stopped responding and after 7 days they delete the conversation. I contacted them again with screenshots of my order and the previous conversation and I got no reply and it’s been over a week again. Buyers beware, you may receive your order but for me this is a scam and I wing be wasting my money again.

Would not install after downloading I have an iPad. Perhaps there’s something that needs to be looked over because it seems that with this would be a interesting app to help me create my products based off my artwork now, unfortunately, I cannot do business with this company because of this. Is anyone else having this issue with the app as well because if so, the company needs to fix it because they will be losing money and that is all.
