Forgetze
Find people by what you recall
Free · In‑App Purchases · Designed for iPad. Not verified for macOS.
Forgot the name? Remember it with Forgetze. Search by their kids, car or where you met. Forgetze finds them, by voice too, straight from Control Center.
We moved to the town my wife grew up in. She knew hundreds of people by name. I had to learn them all.
I never could. What stuck was never the name. It was a piece of the person. The man with the red truck. The woman whose daughter plays violin. The couple from the lake house. I knew exactly who they were. I just could not say what to call them.
So I built Forgetze. It lets you find people by what you remember about them.
Type the detail you recall. Forgetze finds the person and shows you why they matched.
WHAT YOU CAN DO
• Search by what you recall. A note, a street, a child's name, a car. Forgetze finds the person.
• See why each match came up. The matching detail is named, so you can trust the result.
• Speak your search. Tap the microphone and say what you remember. Speech is processed on your device.
• Search from Control Center. Add the Forgetze button to Control Center and a tap opens the app listening, from any screen.
• Keep family in one place. Save a spouse, children and their birthdays.
• Bring your people over. Import from Apple Contacts, then add the details it never held.
• Back up on your terms. Save a file and restore it when you need it.
• Keep it on every device. Your people sync through your own iCloud, so a new phone has them waiting.
PRIVATE BY DESIGN
Everything you save stays on your devices and in your own iCloud, which only you can read. No account. No ads. Forgetze never sees your people. Anonymous usage counts help improve the app and can be turned off any time in Settings.
PRICING
Forgetze is free for up to 10 people. A one-time purchase of $4.99 unlocks unlimited people. There is no subscription. You pay once.
