What’s New in 3.2.3 (179) Route stops now group multiple jobs for the same customer into one stop with separate line items. Manager Route Overview now shows grouped customer stops instead of repeated cards. Technician My Route now keeps linked jobs together more reliably. Retired technicians are removed from truck crews so they are not assigned to route visits. Added additional safeguards around cancelled customer visits and route assignment updates.

What’s New in 3.2.2 Improved the Welcome Calls workflow with a new sales follow-up path. Welcome call agents can now flag accounts that need sales rep attention, include context for the rep, and retry the welcome call once the concern is resolved. This update also improves task handoff visibility between welcome call agents and sales reps.

Sales teams can now access Competitions from the iOS More tab. This release adds read-only competition scoreboards with live team rankings and totals, improves scoreboard loading for active competitions, and makes competition access available to sales reps, sales managers, managers, and admins. Also included: a sales paycheck timing fix so closed accounts appear in the correct Friday pay period.
