This is the only Plex compatible app that doesn't rely on plex's unreliable decoder. It will take any bytes and attempt to decode natively. All others take what Plex says are the codecs and will do nothing but try that. This causes constant hangs and very fragile media read conditions. This app avoids that brilliantly, so why does it refuse to add picture-in-picture or minimized play as a feature? If it just took this simple step, the app would be the perfect Plex app.
Developer Response
Picture-in-picture has been added in the latest update.
Really good but some bugs

This is a fantastic app, i’m happy with my purchase. playback is quick and responsive and the visual design of the app is years ahead of the native plex client. But i have an issue when i open up my app sometimes it just opens to the downloads tab and i can’t get out. Rebooting my phone sometimes fixes it, uninstalling and reinstalling fixes it every time. very annoying. then the missing functionality, i want to be able to change the resolution which is currently not available. These would be my criteria to update my review. Otherwise great app and looking forward to the future of it.
Don’t buy until improved

Downgrading my previous review after updates have failed to address many fair critiques from those who have paid for this app. Previous version of Plezy allowed me to at least toggle between my two libraries. Now I can’t even do that. I’m forever forced to view only one library. Developer claims Plex app does not allow you to view two libraries at once, which is simply not true. And his defensive responses indicate he’s unwilling to engage meaningfully with users’ legitimate feedback. Browse his responses and you’ll likely not want to shell out the $4, which he seems to think is a bargain.
Developer Response
Original response: Collections and playlists have been added. Not sure what you mean by only viewing one library at once, that is how any Plex client works.Updated response: What critiques? You should still be able to switch libraries, but you can't "view multiple at once", I simply asked you to clarify what you meant.
Way Better

I am not someone who was massively bothered by the complete redo of the official Plex app, but after giving this app a shot I will say it is immediately clear how much I was fooling myself. This is so much better and faster. It makes getting to my content actually NOT a tedious task and will make a tremendous difference in convincing my family to use our own streaming service rather than defaulting to Netflix (or whatever).
