more Shortcuts on Home
Put what you use most at the top of Home: a module, a record list, a new record in a form, or the QR scanner. Add shortcuts in Settings → Shortcuts and drag them into order. Until you add your own, Home suggests the forms you use most. Your shortcuts are saved for you on this device.
Widgets for your Home Screen
Three new widgets. My Activities shows the records assigned to you. Record list shows the first records in a list you choose in Settings → Widgets. Shortcuts opens your shortcuts in one tap. Tap a record in a widget to open it in myosh.
Shortcuts on the app icon
Touch and hold the myosh icon to jump to your first four shortcuts.
Also improved
• Images in a record's text and labels open in a viewer where you can zoom in.
• Field help and person details open in a panel from the bottom of the screen.
• Decimal fields show numbers as written, such as 0.0000001.
• Check for Updates in Settings → About also tells you when a new version is in the App Store.
• Records with lots of signatures sync more reliably for offline use.

Attachments, offline
You can now delete an attachment while you are offline. The deletion is sent when you reconnect, and Sync Progress shows it alongside your other changes. Every photo you take offline also shows a thumbnail while it waits to sync.
Records that read right
Dates on records follow your account's date format - day first in Australia - and last-edited dates fall on the right day. Long help text on a field scrolls on a phone instead of being cut off.
Also improved
• The record list shows the fields set up for mobile on each form.
• Notices on the Home screen open full screen, where you can pinch to zoom.
2026.42.0 Oct 15
Linked records, offline
A linked record you create offline shows the values carried over from the parent record it came from straight away. Several linked records created from the same parent record all sync, one after another. And the list you pick linked records from applies its filters offline, as it does online.
Offline filters that match online
Filtering the record list gives the same results offline as online: text matches ignore capitals, and "last modified" periods are measured in the right time zone.
Sync you can count on
Sync shows everything as synced only once every change has gone through, including changes waiting their turn. Background syncing while your device is locked keeps you signed in, and archived records sync faster.
Also improved
• Check for Updates in Settings > About is now available to everyone.
• Workflow buttons that depend on a field you can't see show and hide as they should when you are online.
• Searching a multi-select drop-down and picking an option keeps the list open, so you can pick more.

Version history on mobile
Records on forms that use versioning now show their version list in the app. Tap a version to look back at it and, where you have permission, create a new one without moving to a computer. Versions come from the server, so the section appears when you are online.
Attachments, accounted for
If an attachment fails to upload while you are online, the app tells you before you save and offers to retry it or to save the record without it. Attachments that never made it onto a record are listed in Sync Progress, where you can export them to keep, or delete them.
More of a record, offline
Offline, a record now shows its attachments, the records linked to it, and the images and attachments on its questionnaire questions, using what is already on your device. The record list shows every record you have synced, with the right count, even when only part of a form is on your device.
Steadier syncing
Syncing starts reliably when you return to the app. Every changed record is picked up, including ones saved at the same moment, and forms synced with a record limit keep their newest records when many change at once.
Also improved
• Link fields are tappable links that open in your browser, email or phone app.
• Opening and saving a record asks the server for less, which helps on a slow connection.
• A PDF opened offline shows as a readable PDF, ready to view or share.
• Load older logs appears only when there are older logs to load.

Settings, made simpler
Settings now opens on what you reach for most. Work Offline sits near the top, Support is a tap away, and Sync, Appearance and About each have a page of their own - so there is less to read before you find what you came for.
Landscape on tablets
On a tablet, the app now turns with your device and makes use of the wider screen. Phones stay in portrait.
Attachments, wherever you are
Files already synced to your device open straight from the record list, with or without a connection. When a file isn't on your device yet, the app tells you so and how to get it.
Offline work, looked after
Work you capture offline is held safely until it can be sent - including when your session times out while you are away. Records and attachments you create offline arrive with exactly the values you entered, and an interrupted sync picks up where it left off.
Also improved
• A gentle prompt when a newer version is available, with a Later option if now isn't the time.
• Images in rich text fields display correctly when you reopen a record.
2026.39.0 Sep 24
Optimised for mobile
The record screen has been optimised for phones. Fields, buttons and lists are easier to read and easier to tap, and more of your form fits on screen - so filling in a record on the go feels natural.
Room to sign
The signature area now makes full use of the space available, giving you room to sign clearly and comfortably on screen.
Attachments, closer to hand
Tap an attachment to open a preview, with clear, easy-to-reach actions alongside it. Photos you take offline appear straight away while they wait to sync, and files attached to a questionnaire stay with the question they belong to.
Dependable offline syncing
Records, edits and history comments you make offline are uploaded in a dependable order, so everything you captured arrives together. The sync status keeps you informed of anything still on its way.
Also improved
• A confirmation step before unlinking a record or a user, or deleting an attachment.
• Your organisation's mobile settings apply as soon as you return to the app or run a full sync.
• A log viewer in Settings, with search, filtering and a log level you choose - handy when our support team needs a closer look.
2026.38.0 Sep 17
A record's full list of attachments
The attachments panel now scrolls, so a record with more than a handful of files no longer hides the rest behind the bottom of the screen.
Pop-ups built for a phone
Dialogs on the record screen now use the full width of your screen, open faster, and carry a clear Close button. They no longer vanish when you tap slightly off to one side, so a half-finished entry is much harder to lose by accident.
Also improved
• Time fields no longer look as though they already hold a value when they are empty, and only set a time when you tap one.
• The highlight around the field you are editing is no longer clipped inside a pop-up.
2026.37.0 Sep 10
A rebuilt attachments field
Attachments have been rebuilt from the ground up. Each file now shows where it's up to - ,queued, uploading, or finished - and you can switch between layouts to suit how you work. Files captured offline are clearly labelled as waiting to upload, so it's easy to see what's still to sync when you reconnect. If a file can't be opened, the app now explains why.
Smoother sign-in
If you use a password manager or your device's saved sign-in details, the login screen now picks them up reliably.
Clearer results for offline records
Records created offline now report their outcome more accurately when they upload. In the uncommon case where the server declines a record, it's now clearly flagged rather than shown as saved.
Also improved
• "Download all" now delivers the file straight to you.
• Linked records created from another record now carry across the values configured to come from it.
2026.36.0 Sep 3
Attachments open reliably
Tapping a file attached to a record now hands it to your device's usual share options every time, so you can view it in another app, save it to Files, or send it on. Word, Excel and PowerPoint documents are also recognised properly now, so they open in the right app rather than as an unknown file type.
More files per attachment
You can now attach up to 100 files in one go, up from 20. If you pick more than that, the app tells you how many you selected so you can trim the list, and shows the maximum up front.
Updates without the wait
The app now checks for a new version whenever you return to it, and offers a quick restart to pick it up - or choose Later. It won't interrupt you part-way through a record. You can also check for updates yourself at any time from Settings, which tells you whether you're up to date or an update is waiting.
A current copy before you go offline
Turning on Work Offline now fetches the latest data first, so you head out with an up-to-date copy. If you'd rather not wait, tap again to switch over straight away.
Also in this release: refinements to the record screen and a range of behind-the-scenes improvements to the app's styling and performance.
2026.35.0 Aug 27
Display options for Modules and Forms
You can now choose how your Modules and Forms are laid out - as a grid of icons or as a list. Each is set independently in Settings, so the Modules tab and the forms inside a module can be arranged differently if that suits the way you work.
Automatic return from Work Offline
Work Offline no longer has to be switched off by hand. Choose how long it stays on - a set number of hours, or never - and the app returns you online at that point and syncs straight away. Left on Default, it follows your organisation's setting.
Improvements
• Attachments captured while offline now upload quicker once you reconnect.
• The sign-in screen now asks for your username rather than your email address, matching what you already enter.
