Record meetings, lectures and thoughts. Get a transcript, summary and tasks, all made on your iPhone. No account, no cloud, works offline.
Private Notes is an AI note taker that never sends your words anywhere. Record a meeting, a lecture or a quick thought, and get a transcript, a summary and your tasks, all made on your iPhone. 100% private, and it works offline.
NOTHING LEAVES YOUR IPHONE
Your recordings, transcripts and notes stay on your device. There is no account to create and no cloud AI: the speech recognition and the AI that writes your notes both run on your iPhone. No ads, no tracking.
RECORD, THEN READ
• One tap to record meetings, classes, interviews, calls on speaker and voice memos
• A full transcript of everything that was said
• A short summary, the key points and a checklist of tasks
• Play back the audio, copy or share any part
IN YOUR LANGUAGE
• Transcripts in 99 languages, with automatic language detection
• The app itself in 25 languages
TWO ON-DEVICE ENGINES
• Apple Intelligence: fast, built into supported iPhones and languages, nothing to download
• Private AI: open models that run entirely on your iPhone and cover all 99 languages, downloaded once, then fully offline
MAKE IT YOURS
Pick from three looks (Paper, Studio and Bold), in light or dark.
