Mechanic Connect – Mechanic is a staff application designed for mechanics who are authorised and assigned by approved garages using the Mechanic Connect platform.
Access to this app is provided only through a registered garage account. Mechanics receive login credentials from their associated garage and use the app to manage jobs and roadside assistance tasks assigned to them.
With Mechanic Connect – Mechanic, authorised mechanics can:
• View jobs assigned by their garage
• Receive roadside assistance assignments
• Manage job status and progress
• Update service completion details
• Communicate job updates through the platform
• Track assigned work history
This app is not a public job marketplace. It functions as an operational tool for garage-assigned staff to support efficient service delivery and roadside response.
