Learning the Greek alphabet helps you read Greek words and also understand symbols used in math, physics and many other fields. To recognize letters quickly and recall them reliably, a single round of memorization is not enough. This app is designed for long-term retention, so you can build real confidence with Greek letters.
At the core is an adaptive spaced repetition system that adjusts review intervals based on your actual memory performance. If you recall a letter after a longer delay than expected, the next interval increases. If you hesitate or answer incorrectly, the interval shortens without resetting your progress. This keeps practice efficient and focused on the letters that still need reinforcement.
Two learning modes support different study styles. Multiple Choice enables quick rounds with immediate feedback and helps build early recognition. Self-Assessment strengthens active recall: you try to retrieve the answer first and then rate whether you knew it, almost knew it or did not know it. This approach is especially effective for building durable memory.
Content is organized into clear sets so you can learn step by step. You can practice uppercase and lowercase forms, letter names, and helpful pronunciation hints. Several question directions are available, such as Letter → Name, Name → Letter, Uppercase → Lowercase and Lowercase → Uppercase. This reduces common confusions and supports both recognition and recall.
Each set includes a test where every item appears once. Depending on your result, you earn a silver or gold medal, making progress easy to track. A full card browser is included for browsing and targeted review at any time.
