For as much as this system cost for a local high school, the app has to be improved quickly. Seems as if it was rolled out before it was ready. Using this app is never smooth process. Error messages, batters skipped, clips not tagged correctly due to batters being skipped. It seems as if it has a mind of its own at times and coaches are left to try and fix the issues it creates. A coach who had AWRE well before me said it best, “AWRE is great, when it works.”I really want to like this. There are times when I am thrilled with what it provides me as a coach, but for the cost and how the app works in tandem with the cameras, the app HAS to get better.
