SEE WHERE YOU’VE BEEN
Workouts with recorded routes leave a mark on your map. Zoom out to see familiar streets connect, explore individual runs, and replay a route to revisit the journey.
MAKE ROOM FOR TRAINING AND LIFE
View your week, edit workouts, import JSON plans, or get help creating a plan with AI. Pause and resume when life changes. Training plans are free to use.
FIND YOUR RHYTHM ON YOUR WRIST
Record workouts with Apple Watch, follow your pace and training stages, and hear voice cues. Review the details on your phone after your run.
KEEP MORE THAN THE NUMBERS
Add a running journal, look back through weekly reviews, and explore workout information with AI Insight. Keep a little of how the run felt, alongside what you recorded.
START WITH YOUR LATEST WEEK
Download for free and connect Apple Health, Strava, Garmin, or COROS. View your latest 7 days of workouts and available routes. This is a rolling window, not a trial that ends after one week.
A one-time purchase unlocks access to older workouts and historical imports from supported sources. No subscription is required. Available history varies by data source; check the app for supported import options. AI features are subject to usage and service limits.
The Atlas design offers clearer typography and more room for your maps and memories.
Built and continually refined by a runner. I hope your map becomes a reminder of all the runs that brought you here.
