Pokémon games work to some degree

I have the new 2.3 early update and have been able to get into the fan Pokémon games with no more black screen of death but when I hit the enter button it doesn’t work but I’m assuming it’s a easy fix considering the update isn’t technically finished

Great Launcher, Slight Issue

I decided to try this out, as there were some RPGmaker games I wanted to play on the go, and was pleasantly surprised by the easy to navigate UI and controls. Paired with the easy upload of game files, I could definitely see myself using this app on a frequent basis.However, I do have a slight issue with the app. While you’re able to change the bindings for each of the buttons, you only have a select number of options to choose from when it comes to both keys to bind to buttons and only four buttons to bind keys to. For instance, one of the games I wanted to play requires the use of the R key, and doesn’t feature a means to rebind that command to a different key. This app doesn’t allow for the binding of the R key.I still think this is the best RPGmaker launcher on the IOS App Store, however, I do think it needs the option to, at the very least, bind any key to the buttons. Either that, or the option to play in portrait mode with the keyboard available.

I haven’t tried too many games but from a handful 900 and 1.6gb and 350mb games the load time are abysmal I gave up after the 6th minute mark of waiting, now to good news the launcher works fine for under 300mbs however I didn’t really come to this launcher to play what I can on other free alternatives, I wanted to solely test the stress of the launcher and concluded that I am far too early in this apps life span to be involved, for info the 900mb game is black souls 2 and the others were chosen randomly for their weight to see if it was a personal file problem or a weight issue. Sadly it was a file size issue(weight) I have no idea what I going to type out is true but I assume it has to deal with how this app process the zip/rar and spits it out.Tl;dr games under 500mb should work perfectly fine and load times should be quick however over 900 the load time could lead to not even wanting to attempt any further. I’m writing this review because I believe this app can be just like spark but for rpgm games and I want to see the dev succeed.

Hello, thank you for your comment. I am aware of the errors you mentioned and have already fixed most of them. Regarding the black screen issue, some games were written with older versions of Ruby and cannot get past the black screen, making it nearly impossible to resolve. The solution also breaks working applications. Some games (especially Japanese games) throw errors when extracted from the application because they extract using UTF-8. I am aware of all the errors and am working to resolve them. That's why v2.3 may take a while, but I will try to resolve all these errors. I have fixed many errors so far and am continuing to do so. The lag issues have also been resolved. So, I am bringing an update that is worth waiting for.
