StudioCRM is a client and project manager for anyone who manages clients and projects. Track every client from first enquiry through to final delivery, keep your files and invoices in one place, and sync it all privately across your own devices with iCloud.

- Pipeline View: Move clients through your own statuses — from lead to booked to delivered — and see at a glance what needs attention.
- Galleries: Organise photos, videos, and documents into galleries and nested folders. Drag and drop to rearrange, and open files directly from the app.
- Invoicing: Build invoices with line items against a client, backed by your saved business profile.
- Needs Attention: Your Home screen surfaces today's and tomorrow's appointments, follow-ups that are due, and invoices that are still unpaid, so nothing slips.
- Apple Intelligence: On supported devices, get a daily briefing, emails and texts drafted from a client's record, session briefs, suggested next steps, new clients created from a pasted message or screenshot, and invoice lines created from a description. Everything is processed on your device. Requires iOS 26 or later on a device with Apple Intelligence turned on.
- Siri, Shortcuts & Spotlight: Add a client, add a note, hear your upcoming appointments, or open a client by name, and find clients from Spotlight.
- Automations: Set up your own rules that fire a set number of days before or after an appointment date, then surface a follow-up task with a pre-written email draft ready to review and send.
- Reminders Integration: Push client follow-ups straight into Apple Reminders so they show up alongside the rest of your day.
- Location Search: Search and attach locations to a client record, with a map on the client page.
- Your Data, Your Way: Export every client to a spreadsheet at any time.
- Private iCloud Sync: Your data syncs through your own private iCloud account, so it stays available on your iPhone, iPad, and Mac. It is never sent to our servers, and we cannot read it.
