You save a reel, and then never find it again.
Pocket Places finds the post and puts every spot it names on your own map.
Then it helps you actually get there.
It gets the place right. Every spot is matched to a real place record, with its address, photos, and rating. A post that names its spots only in the audio, in a comment, or as text on screen still works.
It works when you land. Your spots, maps and lists are all there with no connection.
WHAT YOU CAN DO
Save spots from a post — an Instagram post, reel or profile, a TikTok video or photo post, a YouTube video, a Google Maps list, a travel booking page, or a screenshot from your camera roll. Share it in, or paste the link.
See everything on your map — one map, organised by country and city. Zoom in on a neighbourhood or out to the whole world.
Works offline — your spots, maps and lists are cached on your phone. Changes sync when you're back online.
Lists — group spots into trips, cities or any theme. Name a list, and it's yours.
Lists that fill themselves — tell a list what it's for ("hotels in Rome", "kids activities in Japan") and new spots that fit go in as you save them. You see the suggestion before anything is written, and you can take it off.
Your passport — every country and city you've been to, stamped. Fill it by typing, or just by talking.
Search everything you've saved — spots, cities, countries and lists, in one place, with or without a connection.
Find spots nearby — see what you've saved within walking distance, filtered by what you're after: food, coffee, museums, and more.
Nearby alerts — a nudge when you're near a spot you saved. No more walking past that café you bookmarked months ago.
Share a list — send a link. Friends can see your spots, add their own, and keep their own visited stamps.
Import from Google Maps — bring in a saved list, or add a spot by searching any name or address.
Cloud sync — everything follows you between devices.
