Designed with carers in mind, Careboodle gives you simple tools, clear prompts, and practical guidance so you feel more confident noticing changes early and escalating concerns quickly. Careboodle uses the easy PINCH ME framework (Pain, Infection, Nutrition, Constipation, Hydration, Medication, Environment) to help you think through common, reversible reasons why a person’s behaviour or condition might have changed. With just a few taps, you can record what you’ve noticed and send a prompt to your manager so they can decide the next steps. If you are concerned about a client's health, you should seek a doctor’s advice in addition to using this app and before making any medical decisions.
