• Improved GPS recording and more reliable completion of very short trips. • Better coordination between automatic trip detection and manual recording. • GPS routes already recorded are saved when location access is interrupted and recovered after restarting the app. • Clearer guidance and retry options when the logbook cannot be opened. • Improved trip protection after completion and editing, including iCloud sync. Clearer explanations when protection is unavailable. • More reliable CarPlay and Shortcuts actions. Tapping an automatic Live Activity opens the logbook without ending the recording. • Improved dark-mode readability and clearer trip details, forms, and error messages.

Xevono has a new look: a clearer logbook, more readable trip details and key actions within easy reach. • See more at a glance: Drivers, license plates and trip purposes are clearly arranged. Choose a Relaxed or Compact layout for your trip list. • Cut down on repeat edits: Select several trips and change their purpose, vehicle or driver together. Each change stays recorded in the individual trip’s change history. • Edit with ease: Updated forms and selection menus guide you through adding and editing trips. You can edit or delete text templates directly from the picker. • Get started at your pace: See how trips look with a clear example and explore the app before setting up your vehicle and driver. • Clearer PDF exports: Vehicle and driver selection is easier to follow. Long trip details and change histories flow onto additional pages to keep the content readable.

New in version 1.6.2: • Tap the verification notice in the logbook to see affected trips and the reason for each issue. • Verifications that became stuck after the previous update are now retried automatically. • Server verification for edited trips is now more reliable. We’ve also fixed minor bugs and improved stability.

This update fixes issues reported in version 1.6: • The main action button in the logbook had no visible label in dark mode, the text is readable again. • When reviewing an automatically detected trip, you can now insert your saved text templates for business reason and notes, just like in the manual trip form. • Added a missing German message for server verification. Thanks for your feedback, it really helps.

Trip Autopilot now detects likely journeys automatically and prepares them for quick review—so fewer trips are missed while you’re on the move. New • Automatic detection using motion, location, and vehicle signals • Tracking health and a safety net for potential recording gaps • Restore trips deleted by mistake Improved • Fast search across addresses, vehicles, drivers, trip types, purposes, and notes • Clearer vehicle and driver management • Calendar-aligned quarters, recording timestamps, and an optional revision history in exports • Privacy-focused PDF options for sharing fewer details Sync, integrity checks, navigation, and numerous interface details have also been improved.

Version 1.5.4 reinforces how your logbook is protected, synced and verified. End to end. • Tamper-evident by design: every trip is sealed with a cryptographic SHA-256 fingerprint, and this release makes that guarantee airtight across iCloud sync and backups. Your GoBD records stay provably unaltered. • Rock-solid iCloud sync: editing or finishing a trip while a large sync runs in the background is now fully conflict-safe. Nothing gets overwritten, nothing gets duplicated. • Encrypted sync, locked in: your data only ever travels between devices in authenticated, end-to-end encrypted form. • Defense in depth: a coordinated security hardening pass across the app and our server-side verification backend, from your device all the way to independent notarization. Your existing trips, backups and iCloud sync keep working exactly as before, nothing to do on your side.

This update makes GPS trip recording significantly more reliable: • CarPlay: If GPS recording can't start (e.g. because the "Always" location permission is missing), the trip no longer appears to start; you get a clear, actionable message right away. No more trips stuck at 0 km. • Trip details: The satellite animation now only appears while a trip is actually being recorded. If recording isn't active, you'll see a clear status instead. • Security: Your logbook data and GPS recordings are now protected on-device with an explicit iOS file protection class. • Stability: Fixed app freezes during backup sync and improved diagnostics so we can resolve GPS issues even faster in the future.

This update is all about performance and polish: • Smoother PDF export. Creating logbook PDFs no longer briefly freezes the app, even with large logbooks • Faster, smoother typing when filling in entries on large logbooks • Clearer server-verification screen, now fully available in German

Performance and stability - The logbook and exports open noticeably faster, even with large libraries. - iCloud sync has been reworked and now runs smoothly in the background.

Drafts: save unfinished trips and pick them up later. Auto-saves when you leave the form or background the app, so nothing gets lost mid-entry. Text templates: store the business reasons and notes you type most often, then drop them into a trip with one tap. Manage them in Settings, or save the text you're typing right now as a new template. Fixed: editing a completed private trip no longer flips it back to incomplete. The "gap detected" warning that grew with every edit is gone. Plus dark mode polish across the logbook, vehicles and drivers lists, and a faster, more reliable feedback form.

This update improves support for iOS accessibility features. When Reduce Motion is enabled in iOS Settings, all animations in the app are now disabled. This affects the launch screen, onboarding, logbook, statistics, and other animated views. All interactive elements across the app now include VoiceOver labels, hints, and values. This improves compatibility with VoiceOver, Voice Control, and Switch Control.
