No subscription fees. No "sync your contacts" nonsense. No animated elves telling you to upgrade to premium. Just a clean, fast app that tracks your gifts and gets out of your way.
What it does:
Track every gift for everyone you buy for. Kids, partners, grandma, the neighbor you forgot last year. Know what you bought, what it cost, where you hid it, and whether it's wrapped yet. Set budgets if you want to pretend you have self-control.
And not just for Christmas. Birthdays, Hanukkah, graduations: every occasion gets its own countdown, its own budgets, and its own history, so next year you can check what you gave before you buy the same sweater twice.
Share a family code so your partner can see what you're buying without spoiling the surprise for the kids. Grandma can claim the LEGO set so you don't both buy it. And if someone in the family is also on your gift list, link them and the app hides their own gifts from them. Even if they go looking. Especially if they go looking.
What it doesn't do:
Everything else. We're not going to email you holiday tips. We're not going to suggest gifts based on your browsing history. We're not going to gamify gift-giving with badges and streaks. This isn't that kind of app.
The features that actually matter:
Scan barcodes to add gifts instantly. Share a product page straight from Safari and it becomes a gift idea, link included. Keep a wish list per person all year, then turn an idea into a real gift with a tap. Take photos so you remember which toy is which. Filter by status when you're frantically searching for what still needs wrapping at 11pm on Christmas Eve. See spending per person and gift distribution (size matters) at a glance on a clean dashboard. Export it all to CSV or PDF if you're a spreadsheet family. We don't judge.
Want a nudge before an occasion? Turn on one reminder. Don't want one? It stays off. That's our entire notification strategy.
When an occasion is over, clear it out and start fresh. That's it. That's the app.

New families finally get a proper welcome instead of a blank dashboard and a shrug. Tell us who you're shopping for, pick your holiday (Hanukkah included, correctly, from the Hebrew calendar), and share your family code — all before your coffee's cold.
Fixed the All Gifts filters that had gone invisible but were still clickable, which is a spooky trick for an app that isn't a Halloween app. Also fixed: a half-second flash of the sign-in screen for people who were already signed in, and your person's page finally showing their budget instead of making you do the math.
