We fully normalized the data coming from the Backend API and being consumed by the native app. We also restructured routes/endpoints, logging, and fixed more bugs.

We swapped the database to be Supabase with Prisma ORM, and also added in expo-updates for easy OTA updates. Multiple bugs were also fixed.
