• Put names on your pod's progress. When you share your pod's progress card, you can now show your podmates' names, so everyone can see who's who and how close each of you is to their goal. Leave names off and only your own line is labeled. • Miles or kilometers. Log runs, swims, rows and other cardio in whichever unit you use, and set workout plan targets like "5 km in 30 min". Weightlss remembers your choice for each exercise.

Share your progress! Post workout cards, your stats and streak, or your pod's week to Instagram Stories and more, in 5 styles, including a see-through sticker for your own photos. Faster, smarter food search: results are ranked by best match, your recent foods and saved meals are one tap away, and many more packaged products are searchable. Adding a meal and building a saved meal now work the same way.

Pod chat is here. Your pod now has a group chat. Weigh-ins, workouts and new PRs post automatically, so there's always something to talk about — and you can react to any message. HOME SCREEN WIDGET See your pod's day without opening the app. Your weight is never shown on the widget. APPLE HEALTH Workouts you log in Weightlss are saved to Apple Health, and Weightlss can pick up workouts you've logged elsewhere. BETTER WORKOUT LOGGING • Personal records are tracked automatically and shared with your pod • Add an exercise mid-workout when the rack is busy — or when you're just feeling good • Swap or skip an exercise for the day without changing your saved plan • Copy a single workout from a podmate instead of their whole plan STREAK FREEZES Miss a day and your streak survives. WEEKLY RECAP A summary of how your pod did each week. Plus a faster My Meals list and clearer wording throughout.
