In version 1.2.31, a new UsdtWithdrawalNotice component was created to inform users about USDT withdrawal timing and refund policies. The component displays an info icon alongside a title and message, using the app's theme colors and the existing localization system. The component was placed in two spots within the add-cash screen — once in the withdrawal flow and once near the transaction ID section — so users see the notice at the relevant points in the flow. Localization strings for the notice were added in all three supported languages (English, Spanish, and Chinese), covering the title "USDT withdrawal timing & refunds" and a message explaining that USDT withdrawals take 24–36 hours (up to 48), and cannot be canceled or refunded once submitted. A small bug fix was also included: useModeToggle was updated to pass 'unspecified' instead of null when switching to system appearance mode, aligning with the correct Appearance.setColorScheme API behavior.
