HOW THE CHAT WORKS
MAGIS is a closed platform, and so is its chat. There is no public messaging, no user directory, and no way to search for or contact another user.
— Your conversations are with the coaches and staff assigned to you by MAGIS. You do not choose your contacts, and no one can start a conversation with you unless MAGIS assigned them.
— Chat stays switched off until a coach is assigned to your account.
— You can send text, photos, videos, voice notes and documents to your coach. Sharing any of these is always optional — the app works fully without it.
— Accounts are created and activated by MAGIS staff. The app is not open to the general public.

Bug fixes and improvements:
• Group conversations: staff can now start an intro conversation with a family and their coach directly from Messages, without creating a group first.
• Staff can delete a conversation from their message list.
• The message box now grows up to 6 lines, then scrolls.
• Chat rooms now stay in sync when a player's coach is reassigned.
• Fixed an issue where signing out from Post Session Reports didn't sign you out, and added a Sign out option when the home screen can't load.
