Profile tab - a new 5th tab with your PRs, strongest muscles, monthly workout calendar, and a recovery summary at a glance.
Supersets, drop sets, and RPE - log how you actually train. Pastel left bars and letter chips make supersets readable mid-set, and drop-set children share their parent's completion so the math stays clean.
Cardio that counts - log treadmill, running, cycling, rowing, stair climber, and more with duration, distance, incline, speed, and RPE. Cardio now feeds the Recovery tab's Cardiovascular system score and adds fatigue to the muscles it actually trains.
Notes everywhere - workout, routine, and per-exercise notes, autosaved as you type.
HealthKit sync - save finished workouts to Apple Health with one tap during onboarding.
