别跳是一款基于 iOS “快捷指令”与“自动化”功能构建的辅助工具。
用户可在系统中自行安装提供的快捷指令，并根据需要开启自动化。当自动化在某些场景被触发时，本应用会被唤醒，并根据你的设置提供提示或判断结果，帮助你在允许的范围内更快地回到之前正在使用的应用。
应用本身不会修改其他应用，不会屏蔽广告，也不会拦截系统行为，仅在被系统或快捷指令唤起后执行本地逻辑。
功能特性

别跳提供可选的快捷指令模板。用户手动安装后，可依照自身需求在“快捷指令”App 内创建自动化，以决定何时触发流程。
- 自动化触发后的本地判断
当系统按照用户设置触发自动化并打开本应用时，本应用会根据你提前配置的规则判断当前是否需要回到前一个应用。
- 可按应用管理启用与停用
你可以选择哪些应用启用，哪些不启用，使流程更符合你的使用习惯。
- 全程本地运行，不上传、不联网
所有功能均在设备本地执行，不连接网络，不采集、存储或传输任何个人数据。
