BelegPilot: Receipt Maker
Replace Lost Receipts as PDF
Free · In‑App Purchases
Lost a receipt or paid cash without one? Create a clean, numbered receipt as a PDF in under 30 seconds. No account, no cloud: your receipts stay on your device.
Paid cash and didn't get a receipt? Lost a receipt? With BelegPilot you create a clean self-issued receipt as a PDF in under 30 seconds, right on your phone or laptop, without paperwork.
No cloud. No account. No data sharing. Your receipts stay on your device.
Whether it's a parking fee, a tip, materials bought from a supplier or a lost till receipt: instead of a mess of paper slips, at the end of the month you have a clean, numbered list of receipts for your tax advisor.
WHAT BELEGPILOT DOES
● A FINISHED RECEIPT IN SECONDS
Enter date, amount, purpose and category, done. Optionally attach a photo. No login, no onboarding, no learning curve.
● PROFESSIONAL PDF AT THE TAP OF A BUTTON
Clean layout with all the usual details, in your app language. One tap is enough: export, email it to your tax advisor or file it in your accounting software.
● AUTOMATIC NUMBERING
Every receipt gets its own consecutive number. No gaps, no duplicates, no discussions.
● EVERYTHING IN ONE PLACE
A clear list of all your self-issued receipts, sorted and always at hand. Even three years later.
● YOUR DATA BELONGS TO YOU
BelegPilot stores everything locally on your device. No mandatory cloud, no sign-up, no servers.
ONE THING. DONE RIGHT.
BelegPilot is deliberately not an accounting program and not tax software. It doesn't write invoices and doesn't manage accounts. It does exactly one thing: create self-issued receipts quickly and cleanly, without clicking through an overloaded business suite.
WHO BELEGPILOT IS FOR
● Self-employed people, freelancers and professionals
● Small business owners and traders
● Trade businesses with lots of cash expenses
● Field staff, fitters, drivers
● Anyone who needs to hand in receipts for their tax return
WHY A SELF-ISSUED RECEIPT AT ALL?
If a receipt is missing, the tax office can disallow the expense and you end up paying more tax than necessary. A self-issued receipt documents the expense in a traceable way and closes exactly that gap. BelegPilot turns it into a matter of seconds instead of a job for Sunday evening.
GET STARTED
Download BelegPilot, create your first receipt and send it straight on as a PDF. Your next year-end closing will be a lot more relaxed.
Note: BelegPilot is a tool for creating receipts and does not replace tax advice. Whether a self-issued receipt is accepted in an individual case is up to your tax office.
