When your weight reaches your goal, a banner invites you to begin maintenance — pick a start date, set a target weight and an acceptable range, and shift your focus from losing to holding steady. Gilly tracks how long you've been in maintenance and what percentage of days you've stayed in range, with an at-a-glance "On Track" or "Watch" status. You can switch between Active Weight Loss and Maintenance anytime in Settings, and look back on your weight-loss history whenever you want a little motivation. NEW MEDS TAB We restructured the tab bar around a dedicated Medications tab. See your next dose at a glance, browse your full medication list in brand-colored tiles, and jump straight to what you need. (History is still here — under "Browse all entries" in Insights.)
