Wishlist is redesigned around three tabs: Want, Give, Thank. Lists can have a date. Give shows Planned, Reserved and Bought gifts, and what you have spent this year. Occasions are back, without a tab. Tag a gift with an occasion, and Give shows who you are buying for, who still needs a gift, and your budget. Only you see your occasions. Reveal now asks before showing who gave what. Before you reserve, choose whether your name is hidden when the list is revealed. Block someone and they can't find you or send requests. If a list is deleted, the gifts you reserved from it stay safe in your Give. VoiceOver reads toasts and swipe actions, and reserve screens grow with your text size.

Easier to read, easier to use: - Wishlist now follows your text size everywhere, from Want and Give to People and Settings. - Captions are brighter on every colour theme, and small buttons are easier to tap. - Tap anywhere on a friend in People to open their page. - Change the note, quantity or anonymous setting on a gift you've reserved. - Gifts show their real stage (Purchased, Ready or Given), and fixes for switching accounts on one device.

Friends' lists now come to you. Once you're friends, the lists they share with friends appear in Want on their own, and you can hide any you'd rather not see. Also in this update: • A gift you've already bought or given can't be released by mistake. • Removing a friend or cancelling a request now asks first. • New here? "Start my first list" is always there, even when a friend's list shows up first. • Friends' lists show their photo, appear on Occasions, and offer Hide instead of Following. • People with no name show their @username instead of "Someone". • Names read the same across People, profiles and Settings. • Contacts search works on Mac again. • Lots of small fixes to wording and layout.

Share to Wishlist: add a gift from Safari or any app in two taps. Gift reminders: a nudge a week before the occasion for gifts you've reserved but not bought yet. Simpler sign-in: a 6-digit code from your email, right in the app. Stay signed in: updating no longer signs you out. Plus fixes: one confirmation when you reserve, full-size shared lists on Mac, and details on gifts you add by hand now stay on every device.

Tell us how it's going: tap a face and add a note if you like. It comes straight to the person who makes Wishlist. You'll be asked now and then, and Send feedback is always in Preferences (Settings on Mac). Signing in on the website with an emailed link now finishes in your browser, even on a device that has Wishlist installed. Behind the scenes: improvements that help us see which parts of Wishlist get used. Your name and email are never recorded with them.

Fixes account creation and sign-in by email link from the app. New accounts are asked for a first name so friends see your name instead of "Someone".
