Parental control app Family
Family location and chat
Free · In‑App Purchases · Designed for iPad. Not verified for macOS.
Parental Control helps parents keep the whole family on one map. See where family members are, save the places they visit, get an alert when someone arrives, and message them in a private family chat.
The app is for parents and family members. It is a family locator: a shared map, saved places, route history, arrival alerts, chat, and phone battery status.
Live family location
Family members appear on one map. See who is nearby and open a person to check the latest position shared by their phone.
Saved places
Save home, work, and the other places your family goes to. A saved place stays on the map, so you do not have to search for it again.
Arrival alerts
Choose a saved place and get a notification when a family member arrives there. Use it for meetups, coming home, and trips.
Route history
Open a family member and review the route recorded for that day. The path shows how the trip went.
Private family chat
Write to the whole family or start a personal chat with one member. The conversation stays in the app, next to the map.
Phone battery
See the battery level of a family member's phone. If the level is low, location updates may pause until the phone is charged.
Getting started
Create a family or join one, allow location access, and invite the other members. When they join, they show up on the map. Save your regular places, turn on arrival alerts, and use chat when plans change.
Privacy
Location is used to show people on the map, to store route history, and to send arrival alerts for the places you saved. You can review location access in the phone settings at any time.
