This update is mostly about the widget being right more often, and getting there faster. • Fixed the widget showing the wrong upcoming track. Playing a playlist with repeat turned off could put the wrong "next" song on your home screen. • Your widget setup no longer disappears. A single bad entry could previously wipe an entire Quick Playlist configuration. • Much faster artwork backgrounds. Blurred backgrounds are now cached and colours are read once instead of on every redraw, so the widget and player feel noticeably smoother. • Better accessibility. The player now respects Dynamic Type, and Reduce Transparency is honoured throughout the app. • More of the app speaks your language. Several screens that had slipped back into English are now properly translated in German, Spanish, French and Japanese. • Steadier widgets. Artwork is decoded within tighter memory limits and timeline updates are ordered correctly, so widgets are less likely to go blank or get stuck. • Fixes for purchases, lighter power use while the app is open, and a long list of smaller layout and contrast corrections.
