TaskPilot turns spoken or typed instructions into organized tasks, reminders, and calendar events. Capture what needs to happen, review the details, and send it where it belongs.
VOICE AND TEXT CAPTURE
Speak naturally or type a request. TaskPilot extracts useful details such as dates, times, locations, priorities, and assignees so you spend less time entering information.
TASKPILOT CLOUD
Create an optional TaskPilot account to keep tasks and settings synchronized between your iPhone and the TaskPilot web app. Existing local tasks can be merged into your cloud workspace.
TEAMS AND SCHEDULING
Create or join a team, invite authorized members, and coordinate work from one shared workspace. Trusted-team scheduling can place an approved request on a teammate's schedule according to team roles and organization policies.
MULTILINGUAL BY DESIGN
Use TaskPilot in English, Spanish, French, German, Portuguese, Simplified or Traditional Chinese, Japanese, Korean, Hindi, or Arabic. Voice interpretation is designed to understand varied accents, phrasing, and conversational requests.
CALENDAR AND WORKFLOW SYNC
Send approved items to Apple Calendar, Google Calendar, Google Tasks, Microsoft To Do, Microsoft Planner, or Outlook Calendar when those services are connected.
CUSTOM ALERTS
Choose your preferred first and second calendar alerts. Set defaults that fit the way you work, whether you need notice minutes, hours, or a full day ahead.
