My Experience With the Ring So FarI’ve been using the ring and I’m very impressed with it so far. The ring itself is comfortable, lightweight, and has a very nice, premium-looking design. It feels well made and is comfortable enough to wear throughout the day and even while sleeping.What really caught my attention is how much information the app provides. It’s not just a typical smart ring that gives you basic activity and sleep data. It also includes TCM (Traditional Chinese Medicine) health analysis, which I find especially interesting.One of the features that impressed me the most is the Tongue Analysis. This is something I have never seen included in a smart ring in this way. The app analyzes the tongue and provides a detailed TCM-based interpretation of what it sees. I found this feature particularly fascinating because it goes beyond the usual heart rate, steps, and sleep measurements you normally get from wearable devices. The level of detail in the tongue analysis is surprisingly extensive, and it gives you a completely different perspective on overall wellness.The TCM section also includes pulse recording and constitution analysis, along with information related to energy, mood, and overall body balance. I was genuinely curious to explore these features because they are quite different from what I’ve experienced with other health-tracking devices.I also really like the AI Health Analysis section. It brings different measurements together and gives you a broader picture instead of making you look at each number separately. The app tracks things such as heart rate, blood oxygen, HRV, body movement, mood, and sleep, including deep sleep, light sleep, total sleep duration, movement, and awake time.Another useful feature is the Exercise Heart Rate option. I like being able to see my heart rate during exercise and track how my body responds to physical activity. Having exercise-related heart-rate information together with the other health and wellness measurements makes the overall picture much more useful.Another feature I like is the ability to keep records over time. Being able to go back and review previous pulse recordings, tongue analysis results, exercise data, and other measurements makes the experience much more interesting. You can look at changes and trends over time instead of focusing on just one day.The Mood Record and Family Care features are also nice additions. Overall, I like how the app combines traditional TCM concepts with modern wearable technology. It gives the ring a very different experience compared with a standard fitness tracker.Of course, I understand that the TCM analysis should be viewed as a wellness feature rather than a medical diagnosis. But I find the concept very interesting, and the Tongue Analysis in particular really stands out to me. It’s one of the features I’m most interested in continuing to explore.So far, my first impression is very positive. The ring is comfortable, the app provides a huge amount of information to explore, and I especially like the combination of modern health measurements, exercise tracking, and TCM features.I’m looking forward to wearing it for a longer period and seeing how the readings and trends develop over time. There are a lot more features here than I initially expected, and the detailed Tongue Analysis and Exercise Heart Rate tracking are definitely two of the features that stand out the most to me.
