I like this game so much but I finished level 499 and that’s it. After the game it’s not moving forward to level 500. I tried also the game for the day or the challenge level but it’s not working either. Pls. do something. Thank you.

Great puzzles, but…

I love the puzzles and I would love to give this game a higher rating were it not for some glaring issues that I have to report here. First, there is no method of requesting in-game support. One full star gone. Even here when you are supposed to be able to go to a website to get support, you are sent to a site that clearly states it supports certain games - which list does not include this game.Two other things I’d like to see improved: the stability of the game board on the iPad. It moves around a lot, making it difficult for the player to select the arrow wanted. Second, the game does not recognize when I have successfully completed a daily puzzle. If I have to complete a certain number of levels before daily challenges are available, then that should be made known.

I love the game, the challenges are great and I would love to give it 5 stars, but I have an issue with this new update. Before when you were doing a challenge there was no time limit until you made a mistake and then the times started, but now you get a set time limit to do the challenge then have to watch an add to only get 2 minutes. It is very frustrating when I have a particularly difficult challenge and run out of time with 50%-75% left and then have to watch adds. I understand the need for adds but it looks like I am trying to forced into the paying for no adds.
