Making self tapes is easily one of the most annoying and time consuming parts of being an actor (they want an actor, director, producer, editor, costume designer…. I mean COME ON). I’ve spent a lot of money on a lot of apps that promise to make that easier, but don’t really deliver. After familiarizing myself with the iT Factor app for just a few minutes, my first thought was, “Finally! Someone made an app who actually UNDERSTANDS actors!” No exaggeration, this app literally solves every single pain point I have when making self tapes. I cannot recommend it strongly enough. If you’re not convinced, download it and take it for a spin — I promise you’ll be compulsively telling every single actor you know and/or meet about it because it really is THAT good.
