Record partial effort honestly instead of turning every day into all or nothing. TURN HABITS INTO ROUTINES Arrange habits into a sequence you can follow. Add optional timers, pause when life interrupts and pick up where you left off. A timer never marks a habit complete for you. NOTICE WHAT HELPS Review completion patterns, weekly progress and your own reflections. Keep a journal, record your mood and note obstacles. Plus adds personal experiments and comparisons to help you explore changes without pretending a small sample proves a cause. GUIDANCE YOU CAN USE Explore original four-week programs, short lessons, practical articles and daily tips. Save useful reading and add your own reflections. Export a full backup, move it yourself and restore it when needed. Backups are not password encrypted; keep them somewhere private. There is no automatic cross-device sync.
