I played the old game and while this offers new things it sucks you have to start all over and many of the old game problems carry over too. Biggest to me is how little you get from loot boxes. When you get the paid ones, the chances to win good drops are minuscule. What’s the point of getting a good box if it can still drop lower quality items? It cheapens the feel of the game.Update: I quit the game about two weeks ago. Just couldn’t deal with having basically the same game and starting ALL OVER AGAIN. Losing all the ships and investment after almost two years feels wrong. And even though they try to say it’s fine you have these new loot boxes and whatnot you barely get anything and frankly starting again and seeing how cheap they are with giving things to upgrade it might take 2-3 years to get back to what I was in the first game. As someone else also said, many things are in Chinese and you can’t even access some game modes due to the time difference. I grinded to get where I was in the first game through everything. I’m tired of games focusing so much on monetization vs fun. They should have just updated the original instead of doing this. What a waste.

This is being called a Remaster. This is a false statement. I would go as far as saying this is an all out lie. A remaster would be the same game with newer graphics and updated balancing. This is Galaxy Reavers 3 for all intents and purposes. This is a horrible attempt to reenergize a dying game. It is nothing short of a quick money grab. It is also more pay to win than it was before. TBG Limited decided to give all those who had spent money in the old version a portion of their expenses back as in game currency. Without such incentive they wouldn’t have been able to launch. This is what the “Remastered” version will give you: The same glitches, bugs, messed up event timers, the worst in game chat out there, horrible language conversion, script tearing or overlap for item description, broken captains, lost rewards, and a bot invasion that was one of the things that TBG Limited said they had fixed. It added new captains, ships, and weapons. It also added the events that never opened in the older version. Even after 2 years of playing. So a Remaster. Sure. A remastering of a game does not have all the same issues plus more, it is an improvement on the older version. The older version of Galaxy Reavers has way less problems. I can in no way support this game. It is absolute trash. There are so many better games out there. Games with larger communities and better game play. Find another game. Don’t waste your time and please don’t waste your money. TBG Limited only wants your money and doesn’t care at all about how they get it.

2 Asian servers only. Game full of Chinese language. What are they saying? So far like starting the old game over with an incomplete rushed and poor reboot that is not that different from the old game. The old game promised updates for over a year… try another game. This one is not ready.

The graphics are great, game play has been smooth, but time tracking relative to event time line is necessary in game. I have not play in certain features due to this.
