SangraMate is now in 56 languages. It follows your phone’s language, or the one you pick in Settings. Arabic, Hebrew and Urdu read right to left, charts included. The widget, the Live Activity and the glucose notification follow the app’s language too.

• Dexcom joins FreeStyle Libre, through Dexcom Share: pick it when you set up, or switch sensors any time in Account. Your stored readings stay. • Last check on Home changes colour as your readings age, timed to your sensor, and shows a spinner while it refreshes. • The signal-loss alert now says how long we wait: 10 minutes for LibreLinkUp, 15 for Dexcom. • Time in range in History counts the time each reading covers, so long gaps no longer skew it. • Updated privacy policy and terms.

New: period tracking, in Settings under Track periods. • Home shows your period day, or the days to your next one. • New Log starts or ends a period in one tap. • The Periods page: your cycle, a month calendar with expected periods, phases and estimated ovulation, and your glucose before a period. • History’s Cycle range compares each phase with your cycle average. • Briefings mark your period days. Followers see them only while you share. Daily and weekly briefings now come in sections. StandBy shows the glucose board at full size.

Notifications now show while SangraMate is open. An alarm, a reminder or a chat reply that arrives while you're using the app now appears at the top of the screen, the same as when the app is closed. SangraMate also moves to the latest version of the framework it's built on, for a steadier app on iPhone and Android.

• Saved meals can be duplicated. The copy opens ready to change, and the original stays as it was. • Long-acting insulin on board shows the units left of the dose, when it started acting and the time left. When two doses are acting, each gets its own row. • Settings has a new Long-acting doses a day option, so a usual second dose isn’t mistaken for one logged twice. • Long-acting doses have their own grey colour across the app. • Fixes and small improvements.

• Six more nutrients: saturated fat, trans fat, added sugars, cholesterol, sodium and potassium. Food cards show them whenever a food has them, and meal summaries and History add them up. • Insulin doses logged today can now be edited or deleted. • Smart Alarm targets can now be typed in directly. • The daily briefing in Chat now comes in short sections instead of one long paragraph: the pattern, how it’s trending, what stood out in your logs, and an experiment. • Small text across the app has more contrast and is easier to read. • If you follow someone, their logs are now read-only, with a note that only they can change them. Fixes • The message box in Chat stays above the keyboard. • The email field stays above the keyboard when you invite someone to follow you. • A conversation’s unread dot clears the first time you open it. • Editing a log or reopening the app no longer adds duplicate entries to Apple Health. • When a log can’t be changed, the app says why instead of showing a general error.

• Text size just for SangraMate. Settings now lets you follow your phone's text size or give SangraMate its own, up to twice the default, without enlarging every other app. The Lock Screen card and CarPlay use the same size, and your choice is saved to your account, so it comes back after a reinstall or on a new phone. • Snooze alarms from the notification. Low alarms offer 5, 10 or 15 minutes and high alarms 15, 30 or 60, right from the Lock Screen without opening the app. A quiet notice shows when the snooze ends and lets you cancel it. A snooze silences only the phone it was set on, and urgent lows still come through. • A clearer CarPlay card. Your reading, trend arrow, status and how long ago it was measured, laid out like the Lock Screen card instead of a lone number. • StandBy shows your number. With the phone charging on its side, the small bubble now carries your reading, and a tap fills the screen with it.

1. Larger text support SangraMate now follows the text size set on your iPhone. Text grows up to twice its normal size, across glucose readings, forecasts, logs and alarms. 2. Screens rearrange at large sizes so nothing is cut off: numbers stay whole, labels wrap, and rows stack when they no longer fit side by side. 3. The New Log, Food and Activity sheets open taller, and longer screens scroll. 4. The Live Activity on the Lock Screen follows your text size, with its own layout for the largest sizes. 5. The amounts on the chart's log markers grow too. Fixes • Returning to the app no longer briefly shows a "No readings since" notice on Home while new readings load. • On steady days, the glucose chart no longer leaves empty space under your low line, so the trace fills more of the chart.

The glucose chart now shows you when it has stopped hearing from your sensor. The line ends where your readings end, and the space after it stays empty instead of stretching the last reading out to the right edge. After 20 minutes with no new reading, a note on the chart tells you when the last one arrived - or, if the gap is longer than the range you are viewing, that there have been no readings in that window at all. If your phone is offline, it says that too. Also fixed on the chart: the 24 hour view no longer loses logs made before midnight, switching between 3, 6, 12 and 24 hours no longer blanks the chart, and refreshing no longer replaces the whole screen with a loading spinner. The Live Activity and the home screen widget are easier to read - text and the High and Low badges have much stronger contrast. On the Live Activity, a reading that has gone stale now fades to grey rather than dimming until it cannot be read. In History, Activity now shows how your minutes compare with the previous day, week or month, the same way the other totals do. Plus behind-the-scenes stability and privacy improvements.

1. Log reminders. The app can now nudge you when a log is missing. Five separate reminders, each off until you turn it on, each with its own wait from 1 to 30 minutes: - A rapid dose with no meal logged near it - A meal with no rapid dose - A usual meal that hasn't appeared - A usual activity that hasn't appeared - Basal that has run its duration The routine reminders learn your own times from your own logs. Once a pattern is found, the reminder screen shows it - "Breakfast by 07:15" - alongside how many days it was counted over. Until then it says it's still watching. Find them under More, Reminders. Tapping a reminder opens the right editor. 2. Also in this release - Delete your account from inside the app, under Account. - Date a food, insulin or activity log up to 30 minutes ahead. - A log made right now no longer shows as scheduled. - The meal row on the home screen names the meal instead of listing its first food. - Keyboard fixes on the sheets that ask for a code.

The On Board card now reads meals as meals. • A meal logged from your library shows its saved name — "Sunday roast" rather than "Potatoes +2". Rename it in your library and the name follows, on meals you've already logged too. • Meals carry their own mark, so one glance tells a full meal apart from a single food. • The number of foods in a meal sits beside the time you logged it.

(NEW) Meals. Log the same meal without rebuilding it food by food. • Save a group of foods as a meal. Name it once and it lands in the Saved tab of the food hub, ready to log again in a single tap. • The food hub now has Recent and Saved tabs. Bookmark anything from Recent to keep it around. • Logging a saved meal records it as one meal rather than a handful of loose foods, so your history reads the way you actually ate. • Tapping a logged meal now opens the meal itself: the foods as they were logged, the totals, and how that meal has usually gone for you once there are enough logs to show a pattern. • Adjust portions or swap foods on a single log without changing the saved meal it came from. • When a food's carbs are unknown, meal totals show a dash rather than a zero. Also in this release: • A sensor dropout no longer reads as an interrupted activity session.

Activity logging. Say it the way you'd say it - "45 minute moderate run" fills the name, category, intensity and duration in one go. Or start from 22 common activities, your recent sessions, or the ones you've saved. What the activity did. Once glucose settles, the recap separates the session's own share from everything else that was moving your glucose at the time. A measurement of what happened, not a forecast. Measured recaps come with the AI Assistant plan; logging and activity minutes are on every plan. Smart alarms follow the session. While an activity runs, your alarm bounds move with it — drawn from your own measured sessions once there are enough of them, and a typical profile until then. The Smart Alarm screen shows where the bounds landed and what the session contributed. On the chart. Sessions sit in their own lane beneath the glucose curve. One tap opens the session details. Fixes • Alarm bound lines no longer draw outside the chart's visible range • The insulin editor now accepts a second dose while the first is still saving • Toasts are consistent across the app

The glucose chart has been rebuilt from the ground up. Your readings now sit against a steady scale, so a calm day looks calm instead of filling the screen with peaks. Time above and below your target range is shaded, the hours read as clock times, and a marked day boundary tells you which day you're looking at across longer views. Meals, insulin, activity and finger-prick checks appear on the line itself, sized by how much is still working. Logs made minutes apart group into one marker — tap it to see everything it stands for. Press and hold anywhere on the chart to read the exact value at that moment. ON BOARD NOW is tighter and clearer. Tap a food entry to open it and adjust the portion.

A redesigned tab bar. The navigation bar now floats above your content as a single rounded island, with a glass highlight that glides between tabs as you move through the app. Tab icons come to life when you select them, and Add Log is easier to hit. Also in this release: the tab bar no longer covers the last item on the Profile screen, and it always appears correctly after the subscription screen.

Apple Health now works. Turn on Apple Health in Settings and SangraMate saves your glucose readings straight to the Health app, where your other health apps can read them. Readings keep syncing as they arrive, and the setting stays on between launches.

Smart Alarm improvements: – The "could go high / low" countdown now measures the time to your own target range, using the full forecast. Fixed a case where the banner showed "in ~0 min" while glucose was still well inside range. – In-app high and low status now stays in step with your alarm notifications — both appear and clear together.

- Adding a photo to a food entry now lets you choose between your camera and your photo library, the same way the photo scan does. Previously the camera was the only option. - Messages that appear while a food entry is open, including the ones about your photo allowance, are now visible instead of being hidden behind the screen.

Photo meal logging now comes with Basic. A photo becomes carbs, macros and glycemic index — no AI Assistant plan needed. AI Assistant keeps a higher daily limit. Your remaining scans now appear under the Photo button in the food sheet, so the limit is visible before you reach it. If your allowance is already spent, the app says so before the camera opens rather than after the photo has uploaded. Also in this release: more accurate ordering of the latest glucose reading in Live Activities and widgets.

This release makes your own target range the single source of truth across the app, and clears a batch of logging issues reported by early users. Your range, everywhere • Alarms, the glucose color, chart range lines, insights and the Live Activity now all follow the targets you set on the Alarms screen, so one screen no longer disagrees with the next. • Forecast cards appear only when the predicted value crosses your own range. • If you follow someone else, you now see their target range instead of a default one. Food logging • An edited macro now sticks. Change the portion size afterwards and your number scales with it, rather than reverting to the original estimate. • Carbs can be edited on meals logged from a photo, the same as on manually entered ones. New Log • Fixed the New Log sheet sometimes sticking open, refusing to open, or reappearing after you had saved. • Tapping an item under Recent now adds it to your log immediately. • If a log cannot be saved you now get a clear message, instead of a sheet that sits open. Also fixed: the average in History could never turn red.

• History trends & baselines — See weekly and monthly trends alongside a "typical day" baseline, so long-range patterns are easy to spot. Long history loads fast and stays consistent. • More accurate nutrition — Calorie totals now reconcile with your logged carbs, protein, and fat, and gram macros show to one-decimal precision. • Logged-days count — Each period shows how many days you actually logged a meal, insulin, or activity. • Cleaner activity feed — Glucose alarms now appear once: one alarm, one entry, one notification — no more duplicate twins. • Smoother onboarding — A clearer getting-started path, plus reliability improvements under the hood.

A fresh new look: redesigned app icon, animated splash screen, and updated brand marks throughout the app and the glucose widget. More accurate "on board" numbers: active insulin and carbs on board now come directly from our servers, so the app, the on-board island, and the breakdown sheet always show the same values. Smoother food logging: fixed an issue where the food entry modal could lose its state when handing off between screens.
