Plan it tonight, tick it off today. - Today, a pull away. Pull down on Next and today's page opens: today's plan, ticked off as the day goes, and a 100% stamp when you clear it. - Locked in. Lock in tomorrow's plan and a padlock snaps shut. Easy, Solid and Stretch each get their own. - Today's wins. What you won beyond the plan shows on today's page, with + Add a win. Every day gone by has one too. - Your days, beside today. Swipe right from today for the days gone by, a page each or all as a list, with search and a calendar. They keep only what you ticked off. - Notes, your way. Headings, bold, lists, quotes and links, with a formatting bar over the keyboard. Switch between Read and Edit. Hold + to start a note with what you copied. Pick small, medium or large text in Settings. - A bin for notes. Notes that expire, or that you delete, wait in the bin for 30 days before they're gone. - One + on Aims. Add a practice or a next step to the aim in front of you, or start a new aim. - Every practice at a glance. Compact on an aim's page shows each practice's last 90 days in a line. - Smaller things. Full clears count the last 7 nights. Menus are easier to tap. Archiving an aim is gone: an aim ends Resolved, or you delete it. ---

Widgets and mornings • Widgets: Next and Tonight on your home screen. See today's plan and what's next, tick things off right on the widget (iOS 17 and later), and see what's due tonight with each practice's sphere. • Today's page: your plan for the day, there all day. Tap the date at the top of any screen to open it. A little sun crosses the date through the day, and a moon at night. • Morning brief: have today's plan waiting for you each morning, at a time you choose. Turn it on in Settings, or say yes the next time you lock in a plan. • Your notes: swipe left on today's page for anything you'd like to see in the morning. Swipe right for the days gone by, each day's plan as it went and its wins. • Next now says "Expires in 3 days" instead of "Clears". Tap the ? on Next to see why. • A new first run: a week with Ember, shown in the app itself. • Fixes throughout.

MILESTONES ARE NOW NEXT Next is one list for everything that moves your aims forward, with no dates to fall behind on. Milestones you had under way are already in it, and the ones you finished are wins. TOMORROW, PICKED FROM NEXT The night's last card is tomorrow's plan. Pick it from Next, say how hard it is, and lock it in. YOUR TICKS ARE THE ANSWER Tick off what you did, and "Did I do what I said?" is answered. Every line you tick becomes a win. Tick off everything for a full clear, stamped 100%. What you didn't get to goes back to the top of Next. WINS, KEPT A win is something that happened, kept on its day. Log one from what went well today, from an aim's card, or by ticking your plan. Each aim's page shows its wins over its practices. THE JOURNAL'S DAYS A card for every day: your plan as ticked, your wins, your notes. Jump to any day from the calendar. A LIST THAT STAYS CLEAR Anything you leave alone on Next for a week clears itself out. The day before, its row says so. Bump it to keep it, or choose up to a month in Settings. THE COLLECTION Trading cards for moments: your first full clear, a Stretch cleared, a practice that catches fire. Do it again and the next card in its series is rarer. It's in the codex. ALSO Choose your sky and theme as you start, set your reminder on scrolling wheels, and fixes throughout.

This is a new Resolved. We rebuilt it from scratch around one idea: keep what you want in front of you, and take a minute each night to see what's moving. What's different: • Aims. Start with "I want to…" and finish it in your own words. Then add what moves it forward: milestones with a date, and practices that repeat. One practice can serve more than one aim. • Tonight. Each night, what's due comes back as a short deck of cards to swipe through, or as a checklist if you prefer. The last card asks for tomorrow's plan. • When something slips, it asks. Miss a practice a couple of times and Resolved asks if you're still doing it: keep going, change it, or pause it. Miss a milestone and it asks what now. There's no streak to break. • Spheres. Every practice has one, and it changes colour as you keep showing up: red, amber, green, and fire for the ones you hardly ever miss. • Insights. A few questions about each day as a whole (your plan, your effort, your mood, your energy) show which practices go with your better days. • The codex. Every 90 days you hold an aim earns a card, and another when it happens. Share an aim's season as a video for Reels or Stories. • Ember, a small fire who walks you through your first night. • A journal for your notes, one reminder a night, and a new dusk sky. The new app starts fresh: what you kept in the old version isn't carried over. If you've already paid for Premium, you keep it.
