A five-minute weekly leadership scorecard. Observe patterns across your team, review trends, and turn insight into action. Official scorecard for The Montessori Leader.
Implement The Montessori Leader—one week at a time.
The Montessori Leader Scorecard turns the ideas from The Montessori Leader into a simple, repeatable weekly leadership practice.
In just a few minutes each week, leaders observe patterns, capture insights, and adjust the environment they are responsible for—without complicated systems or long meetings.
Built directly from Chapter 9 of The Montessori Leader, the scorecard helps leaders stay consistent, focused, and aligned around five proven principles.
How it works
Each week, score your direct reports across the five Montessori leadership pillars. Add brief notes, capture wins, and identify barriers. Review weekly summaries to see patterns over time and guide better conversations.
This is not performance management software. It is a lightweight observation and reflection tool designed to support thoughtful leadership.
