There are some great Mastodon clients out there that I love for their comprehensive feature set. Crowfi is simple and clean with, in my opinion, just enough features. The developer is responsive to ideas and features. This is the client that I am now using. Give it a spin and see what you think.

good but missing features

it is a pretty and functional app with a few drawbacks for how i personally use fedi: there are very few settings to tweak or customizations, it does not support custom emoj, and it does not inherit content warnings from the parent post when replying.
The post editor now automatically saves your drafts so you never lose your progress.
