Event tickets are here • Buy tickets for paid events straight from the event page. Choose your quantity, accept the terms, and pay by card in a secure checkout. Your tickets are confirmed in the app the moment payment goes through. • Find them under Profile → My tickets: each ticket has its own QR code and short code, and you can download it or show it at the door. The ticket carries the organiser's own design. • Organisers: scan tickets at the door from the admin menu. Green to let them in, red with the reason if not, and a searchable guest list for when the camera isn't cooperating. Events, rebuilt • Event pages now show a countdown, the organiser's cover image, community buzz, and a fuller About — the running order, who's coming, notices, and a one-tap email to the organiser. • Cover images on the event list, framed the way the organiser set them. • The buy button stays within reach as you scroll, with the price beside it. • Organisers: pick a location from Google's suggestions when creating an event, and an event with ticket sales can be cancelled but no longer deleted by accident. Your profile and points • Sport now records your position and captaincy, and counts towards your profile points. Points are worked out the same way on the app and the website. A fresh look • Sign-in, registration and the admin portal have a new, cleaner design. Fixes and performance • The app is much smaller and starts faster. • Fixed: the app could open to a blank white screen on some devices. • Fixed: opening an event without ticketing could cause an error. • Fixed: sign-in now completes correctly straight after you verify your email. • Fixed: admins previewing as a member no longer see the manage controls.
