FREE TRIAL, THEN YOURS Your free 15-day trial gives you full access to everything — the complete sound library, custom quick-start durations, iCloud sync across iPhone and iPad, detailed stats and calendar history, writing your own quotes, gratitude, and affirmations, and the ability to export and import your full meditation history. After the trial, Basic mode stays free for as long as you want it. You keep the timer, your stats, your streaks, and your achievements. Basic mode includes two ambient sounds and four bell sounds — enough to build a real practice without spending a thing. Your daily quote and affirmation still arrive, and everything you've saved stays. The only thing that stops is adding new ones.
